湖北省电信工会以服务大局、服务基层、服务职工为根本。以建立健全协调劳动关系机制为重点,通过职代会、行政与工会联席会、平等协商签订集体合同等有效形式,维护职工各项合法权益。紧紧围绕湖北电信发展和转型,大力实施群众性经济技术创新工程,进一步深入推进“创建学习型组织,争当知识型职工”活动,不断开展职工帮扶和送温暖活动,努力加强工会组织建设,为湖北电信改革发展稳定做出了贡献。湖北电信一批职工相继被评为全国劳模、省劳模,多个单位荣获全国五一劳动奖状、湖北五一劳动奖状。湖北电信工会将积极贯彻新时期工会工作指导方针,继续加大劳动关系协调机制建设,以和谐稳定的劳动关系,为湖北电信事业的顺利发展和转型,谱写新篇章,再创新辉煌。
