1981—1985五年中,测定了CIMMYT 3408份小麦材料及2486份大麦材料的抗赤霉病性(以下简称抗赤性)。在前三年测定的2741份小麦材料中,未发现抗性材料,中感级(MS)材料出现频率亦不到1%;1985年测定667份材料,具有中抗(MR)的10份,中感15份,合计占3.75%。其原因是由于利用中国抗赤霉病的小麦种质作亲本,使其杂交后代的抗赤性得以明显提高,但其适应性和丰产性在我国长江中下游地区表现均较差。CIMMYT大麦种质存在一些抗赤性强、适应性及农艺性状好的材料。筛选到的戈贝纳(Gobernadora)大麦及其一些衍生品系,具有抗赤性强,耐大麦黄花叶病、耐湿、农艺性状好的特性,是大麦抗赤育种的优良抗源,通过上海地区大麦区域试验表明,其适应性和丰产性表现良好,是啤酒、饲料兼用型的高产良种。
In the five years 1981 to 1985, the resistance to scab of 3408 wheat and 2486 barley cultivars in CIMMYT was measured. No resistant material was found in 2,741 wheat materials tested in the previous three years, and the frequency of medium susceptibility (MS) material was less than 1%; 667 materials were tested in 1985, 10 were medium resistant (MR) In the sense of 15 copies, together accounted for 3.75%. The reason is that using the wheat germplasm resistant to scab in China as a parent resulted in a significant improvement in the resistance to redness of the progeny of hybrids, but its adaptability and high yield were poor in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China. CIMMYT barley germplasm has some anti-redness, adaptability and agronomic characters. The screened barley from Gobernadora and its derivative lines have the characteristics of strong resistance to red tint, resistance to barley yellow mosaic, good moisture tolerance and good agronomic traits, Regional tests show that its adaptability and high yield of good performance, beer, feed and high-yielding varieties.
