基于传统的故障模式影响分析(Failure Mode Effect Analysis,FMEA)方法和航天领域提出的单点故障模式识别方法,以运载火箭控制系统为例,对单点故障模式识别流程进行了详细梳理,并对识别流程进行了说明。同时约定了控制系统中系统和单机分析的层次,提出了基于量化控制的故障模式严酷度和频率度判别准则,可为各相关领域深入开展单点故障模式分析工作提供有益的借鉴。
Based on the traditional failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) method and the single-point fault pattern recognition method proposed in aerospace field, taking the launch vehicle control system as an example, the single-point fault pattern recognition process is described in detail. Identification process is described. At the same time, it also stipulates the levels of system and stand-alone analysis in the control system, and puts forward the criteria of severity and frequency of fault modes based on quantitative control. It can provide useful reference for further analysis of single-point failure modes in all relevant fields.
