去年底,江都市委、市政府作出决定,全市总发动,奋战1995年,加快公路建设步伐,争取基本实现从市到乡(镇)公路“黑色化”。 近年来,该市交通事业发展较快,干线公路实现了“黑色化”,市乡道路也基本形成网络,为彻底改变市乡道路等级低的状况,1992年,该市提出苦战三年,实现市乡公路“黑色化”的目标。
At the end of last year, the Jiangdu Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government decided that the whole city should start and fight hard in 1995 to speed up the pace of highway construction and strive to basically achieve “blackening” from the city to the township (town) highway.
