目的:研究灯盏花素(Breviscapine,Bre)对D-半乳糖引起衰老小鼠生殖器官异常改变的影响。方法:雌性昆明种小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖(120 mg/kg.d)67天建立衰老模型,在皮下注射D-半乳糖41天开始,药物组小鼠腹腔注射灯盏花素5、10和20 mg/kg.d,共27天,在皮下注射D-半乳糖第67天记录小鼠体重,断颈处死小鼠,取子宫、卵巢称重,计算器官指数,子宫、卵巢4%甲醛固定HE染色,观察其形态学变化。结果:D-半乳糖明显引起小鼠体重增加,子宫、卵巢指数显著降低,子宫、卵巢组织结构发生异常改变。与空白对照组相比,D-半乳糖组小鼠体重增加了51.95%(P<0.01),卵巢和子宫指数分别降低了42.86%和44.12%。5、10和20 mg/kd.d灯盏花素给药67天不同程度地降低D-半乳糖引起小鼠的体重增加、卵巢和子宫指数的降低及卵巢和子宫组织结构异常改变。结论:灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠体重增加,生殖器官萎缩、组织结构异常具有一定的改善作用。
Objective: To study the effect of breviscapine (Bre) on abnormal changes of reproductive organs in aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods: The senescence model was established in female Kunming mice by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose (120 mg / kg.d) for 67 days. Conclusion: Breviscapine can improve body weight, genital atrophy and abnormal tissue structure in mice induced by D-galactose.
