发展高职教育必须走校企结合之路,有条件的院校最好做到校企相融,这是保障高职教育质量和特色的关键,是我国高职教育发展的一条主线,是解决学校教育与企业生产实际脱节、培养高技能人才的有效途径。高职院校在校企结合过程中,要充分发挥自身优势,主动为企业服务,促使双赢发展。本文结合河北石油职业技术学院多年从事石油管道行业高技能人才培养的实践,从多个角度阐述了校企相融、双赢发展的实例。
The development of higher vocational education must take the combination of school and enterprise. The qualified institutions should be the best to achieve the integration of school and enterprise. This is the key to guarantee the quality and characteristics of higher vocational education. It is a main line for the development of higher vocational education in our country and is the solution School education and enterprise production actually out of line, an effective way to train highly skilled personnel. In the process of school-enterprise combination, vocational colleges should give full play to their own advantages and take the initiative to serve enterprises so as to promote a win-win development. Combining with the practice of training highly skilled personnel in oil pipeline industry for many years in Hebei Petroleum Vocational and Technical College, this paper expounds the example of mutual benefit and win-win development between school and enterprise from many aspects.
