篮球队的团队作业特征非常明显,人员之间具有很强的互依性。运动员对教练员信任的建立,有助于增强教练员的领导效能、促使运动员形成服从组织权威的正确方式以及积极与教练员进行合作。研究目的:基于团队水平,探讨不同性别、年龄以及具有不同竞技水平3个变量对篮球运动员对教练员信任的影响,以及变量间是否存在交互作用。研究对象:篮球运动员性别、年龄以及竞技水平与运动员对教练员信任的关系,样本来源为我国52支大学高水平篮球队。研究方法:量表测试法,多因素方差分析。研究结论:篮球运动员的性别、具有不同竞技水平2因素对教练员的能力信任、仁爱心信任、公正一致性信任以及整体信任影响的主效应不具有显著性意义(p>0.05)。年龄对教练员的能力信任、仁爱心信任以及整体信任影响的主效应不具有显著性意义(p>0.05),但对教练员公正一致性信任的影响在统计学上具有显著性意义(p<0.05)。年龄和性别对教练员公正一致性信任的影响具有交互作用(p<0.01)。
Basketball team’s teamwork characteristics are obvious, there is a strong interdependence between staff. The establishment of athletes’ confidence in trainers helps to enhance the coach’s leadership effectiveness, prompts the athletes to form the right way to obey the authority of the organization and actively cooperates with the trainers. The purpose of the study: Based on the team level, we investigated the influence of three variables of different genders, ages and different competitive levels on basketball players’ trust in coaches and whether there is interaction between the variables. The object of study: the gender, age and athletic level of basketball players and the relationship between the athletes’ trust of coaches. The sample comes from 52 high-level basketball teams in China. Research methods: scale test method, multiple factor analysis of variance. Conclusions: Basketball player’s gender, athlete’s ability to trust coaches, benevolence trust, fairness consistency trust and the main effect of overall trust influence are not significant (p> 0.05). Age had no significant effect on coaches’ ability, trust in benevolence, and overall effect of trust (p> 0.05), but the effect of co-coherence trust on coaches was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Age and gender had an interaction effect on coaches’ coherence and trust (p <0.01).
