我们于1992年对连云港港务局轮驳公司接触噪声的110名船员进行听力普查,并对获得的资料进行分析,初步探讨噪声性聋的诊断、听力图类型以及噪声接触时间长短与噪声性聋的关系等问题.资料和方法 首先测得轮驳机舱噪声强度为102~110dB.测试对象为有噪声暴露史的轮驳机舱船员,均为男性,年龄分布为:18~25岁 39名,26~35岁18名,36~45岁47名,46岁以上6名.按噪声暴露时间长短,可分为:不足1年25名,1~5年9名,6~10年12名,11~15年34名,16~20年23名,21年以上7名.测试方法为受试者由耳鼻喉科医师作耳部(包括耳道、鼓膜及乳突情况)检查,并由有经验的检测人员在测听室用日本
