观察的全部病例均系我所门诊病人。其中男8人,女12人,年龄最大者67岁,最小者28岁,患荨麻疹时间最长者12年,最短者1年。经皮肤划痕试验均呈阳性。有的病人发作时眼睑充血红肿,恶心呕吐,严重时并发哮喘,病人体表面有团状或连成片状的荨麻疹,有的呈紫红色丘疹,质地微硬,按之退色。好发部位为束腰带的地方及周围、胸部、腹部,四肢等。有的病人由于长期反复发作,个别部位已被搔破,形成斑斑片片的糜烂灶,并有炎性渗出,呈过敏性皮炎样改变。服用脱敏药物,如扑尔敏、息斯敏、静点10％葡萄糖、维生素C、葡萄糖酸钙、地塞米松等,症状缓解,疹形消退。但停药后很快又会复发。
All cases observed were outpatients. Including 8 males and 12 females, the oldest 67-year-old, the youngest 28 years old, suffering from the longest urticaria for 12 years, the shortest of 1 year. Dermal scratch test was positive. Occurrence of some patients with eyelid congestion and swelling, nausea and vomiting, severe asthma, the surface of patients with lumps or even into a sheet of urticaria, and some purple papules, texture hard, according to the fade. Good hair position for the belt around the waist, chest, abdomen, limbs and so on. Some patients due to long-term recurrent, individual parts have been scratched, the formation of patches of disc lesions, and inflammatory exudation, allergic dermatitis-like change. Take desensitization drugs, such as chlorpheniramine, astemizole, static point 10% glucose, vitamin C, calcium gluconate, dexamethasone, etc., symptoms relieve, rash subsided. However, relapse soon after withdrawal.
