用巯甲丙脯酸运动肾显像(Cap-Ex-RS)观察29例正常人及56例原发性高血压(EH)的肾功能。结果显示BUN及Scr正常的EH患者其基础肾显像(BSL)的全肾平均通过时间(KMTT)及高峰时间(TP)比正常人明显延长(P<0.01),不变(N)及缩短(S)组的介入KMTT比正常人明显缩短(P<0.05),延长(P)、N、S三组间差异显著。表明Cap-Ex-RS是一灵敏的评价EH早期肾功能改变的方法,可对EH进行分组并指导治疗。该法简单、灵敏、准确、重复性好,是集总肾及分肾功能与形态为一体的功能、影像诊断方法。
The renal function of 29 normal subjects and 56 patients with essential hypertension (EH) was observed by captopril renal function imaging (Cap-Ex-RS). The results showed that the mean renal transit time (KMTT) and peak time (TP) of basic renal imaging (BSL) in BUN and normal EH patients were significantly longer than those in normal controls (P <0.01) (P <0.05), prolonged (P), N, S differences between the three groups significantly. This indicates that Cap-Ex-RS is a sensitive method to evaluate the early changes of renal function in EH, which can group EH and guide the treatment. The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, reproducible, and is the function of aggregating the renal and renal function and morphology as one of the imaging diagnostic methods.
