对大型重载齿轮渗碳,渗层表面碳浓度及碳化物形态对齿轮质量的影响在不少文献中早有论述。碳化物的大小和形态对钢的抗疲劳性能有显著影响。 我厂生产的齿轮、齿轴多采用20CrMnTi钢渗碳淬火,要求热处理后碳化物级别为1~5级,渗层中过共析层+共析层的深度为渗层的70%。我们使用的是老式设备,没有碳势控制系统,渗碳温度采用920℃,渗剂为煤油,采用气体渗碳后重新加热淬火
Carburization of large heavy-duty gears, the surface layer of carbon concentration and carbide morphology on the gear quality has long been discussed in many literature. The size and morphology of carbides have a significant impact on the fatigue properties of steel. I plant the production of gears, pinions and more use of 20CrMnTi steel carburizing and quenching, requiring heat treatment after the carbide level of 1 to 5, the layer of the eutectoid + eutectoid layer depth of 70% of the infiltration layer.
