目的:建立复方千黄凝胶中岗松油、盐酸小檗碱的薄层鉴别和芳樟醇、桉油精的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的岗松油、盐酸小檗碱进行定性鉴别;采用GC内标法对芳樟醇和桉油精进行含量测定,色谱柱:SGE毛细管色谱柱(60m×0.22mm×0.25μm),以十一烷为内标。结果:薄层色谱中均能明显地检出岗松油和盐酸小檗碱;GC法中,芳樟醇在0.4883~2.9297mg.mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=0.67%(n=6);桉油精在1.3953~8.3718mg.mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为106.2%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a thin layer identification of compound pine oil and berberine hydrochloride and the determination of linalool and eucalyptol in compound Qianhuang gel. Methods: TLC and GC-MS methods were used for the qualitative identification of G-pine oil and berberine hydrochloride. The contents of linalool and eucalyptol were determined by GC method. Column: SGE capillary column (60m × 0.22 mm × 0.25μm), with undecane as the internal standard. Results: Gum pine oil and berberine hydrochloride could be detected clearly by TLC. In the GC method, the linearity of linalool in the range of 0.4883 ~ 2.9297 mg.mL-1 was good (r = 0.9999), and the average recovery (R = 0.9999), the average recovery was 106.2% and the RSD was 1.8% (n = 6). The average recovery of eucalyptol was 97.7% and RSD was 0.67% 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for this preparation.
