简要介绍了一般FED(场发射显示器)的工作原理,研究了非晶金刚石薄膜低场发射特点,讨论了金刚石薄膜制做场发射器的可行性;指出利用金刚石薄膜和阳极选择的方法可对Spindt FED进行改进,从而使平面 FED更容易实现。
The working principle of general FED (Field Emission Display) is introduced briefly. The characteristics of low field emission of amorphous diamond film are discussed. The feasibility of making field emitter with diamond film is discussed. It is pointed out that diamond thin film and anode can be used to select Spindt FED to improve, so that the plane FED easier to achieve.
