目的:研究橙皮苷在大鼠小肠的吸收动力学特征。方法:采用外翻肠囊法进行离体肠吸收实验,高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量,研究橙皮苷在大鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠的吸收状况,并考察不同质量浓度对小肠吸收的影响。结果:橙皮苷在空肠的吸收百分率明显高于其他肠段;橙皮苷在不同质量浓度下,未发现饱和现象,其吸收百分率几乎保持不变,吸收量在一定浓度范围内随药物浓度的增加而增加。结论:橙皮苷在大鼠整个肠道中均有吸收;主要吸收部位在空肠,其吸收机制为被动扩散。
Objective: To study the absorption kinetics of hesperidin in rat small intestine. Methods: In vitro intestinal absorption test was conducted with valgus gut method. The content of hesperidin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The absorption status of hesperidin in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of rats was investigated. Effect of concentration on intestinal absorption. Results: The absorption percentage of hesperidin in jejunum was significantly higher than that in other bowel segments. The hesperidin was not found to be saturated under different mass concentrations, and its absorption percentage remained almost unchanged. The absorption of hesperidin increased with the concentration of drug Increase and increase. Conclusion: Hesperidin is absorbed in the whole intestine of rats. The main absorption site is in jejunum, and its absorption mechanism is passive diffusion.
