目的通过对血清中C肽和胰岛素含量测定结果来了解2型糖尿病中糖代谢和胰岛β细胞功能。方法对40例2型糖尿病患者及42例正常人馒头餐代谢试验用美国[DPC]化学发光测定仪检测C肽和胰岛素。结果2型糖尿病空腹C肽和胰岛素高于正常人(P<0.05),餐后2h才达到高峰(餐后1h对照组出现峰值),餐后3h仍不能恢复至正常水平。结论试验组患者胰岛功能存在轻度障碍;测定血C肽可以准确反映胰岛分泌功能。
Objective To understand glycometabolism and pancreatic β-cell function in type 2 diabetes by measuring serum C-peptide and insulin contents. Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 42 normal controls were tested for carbohydrate metabolism and insulin by using [DPC] chemiluminescence detector. Results Fasting C-peptide and insulin in type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher than those in normal people (P <0.05), peaked at 2h after meal (peaked at 1h after meal), and still could not recover to normal level 3h after meal. Conclusion There is mild dysfunction of pancreatic islet function in the experimental group. Measurement of blood C-peptide can accurately reflect islet secretion.
