临床资料:全组80例,男35例,女45例,年龄20～65岁,平均年龄48岁。80例均经临床确诊为血管性头痛。治疗前均停用其他止痛药物,给西比灵胶囊口服,前3天于头痛发作早期口服西比灵胶囊10mg,如头痛无缓解,2小时后再服10mg,3天后改为10mg,每日1次,睡前服用,30天为1个疗程。 治疗结果:疗效分优、良、可;优:服药后头痛在半小时内消除或减轻85％,而后继续减轻,3天内完全消失,疗程内不再发作;良:服药后头痛在半小时内减轻85％～60％,以后再继续减轻,疗程内头痛持续时间或频繁发作次数较以往减少;可占10％,总有效率90％,副作用小,为轻度嗜睡乏力、
