龙煤股份鹤岗分公司峻德煤矿副井提升机直流电动机两侧采用滑动轴承。为保证滑动轴承正常工作,配置了润滑泵站,设备复杂,故障率高,维护困难。由于直流电动机运行会产生轴电流,对滑动轴承座绝缘有较高的要求,给设备维护带来极大不便,在运行中多次发生因轴电流导致滑动轴承损伤的事故。为确保设备安全运转,需对其进行改造。1方案的确定针对该电动机,初步确定两个改造方案:方案1,更换滚动轴承式直流电动机;方案2,将滑动轴
