目的:建立两种中药漱口水中甲硝唑的含量测定方法。方法:分别采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定中药漱口水中甲硝唑的含量。结果:紫外分光光度法中,甲硝唑在5.13~30.78 mg·L~(-1)的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5;平均回收率为99.89%,RSD=1.28%。高效液相色谱法中,甲硝唑在0.266~1.3281μg(r=0.999 6)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.11%,RSD=1.22%。结论:采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法检测中药漱口水中甲硝唑含量的方法简便,可靠、结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of metronidazole in two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash. Methods: The content of metronidazole in traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash was determined by UV spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography respectively. Results: In the UV spectrophotometry, metronidazole had a good linear relationship in the range of 5.13 ~ 30.78 mg · L ~ (-1), r = 0.999 5; the average recovery was 99.89% and RSD was 1.28%. High performance liquid chromatography, metronidazole 0.266 ~ 1.3281μg (r = 0.999 6) and the peak area showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 100.11%, RSD = 1.22%. Conclusion: The method of detecting the content of metronidazole in traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash by UV spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography is simple, reliable and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
