目的了解深圳市民食用低钠盐的普及和基本情况,为开展“减盐行动”提供数据支持和指导意见。方法采用分阶段随机抽样,设计典型问卷,用Epi-Data 3.1软件建立数据库,应用Epi Info3.5.3统计软件进行分析。结果深圳市低钠盐食用覆盖率53%,表明深圳市民食用低钠盐有了一定的普及程度。低钠盐知识的知晓情况受教育、健康、户籍等因素的影响,差异有统计学意义。手机自媒体的出现丰富了低钠盐知识的获知途径。结论虽然食用低钠盐在深圳有了一定的普及程度,但覆盖率不高,仍有部分人群不了解低钠盐知识。为了推动“减盐行动”的开展,应该多部门联动,在运用常规宣传方法的同时,还应适应现代信息变化,增加手机APP、微信等新媒体的宣传,全方位地宣传低钠盐知识,提高低钠盐食用率,从而有效地减少人群高血压、冠心病、脑卒中等相关疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the popularization and basic conditions of low sodium salt consumption in Shenzhen and provide data support and guidance for the implementation of “salt reduction”. Methods By using random sampling in stages, a typical questionnaire was designed and a database was constructed with Epi-Data 3.1 software. Epi Info3.5.3 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Results Shenzhen low-sodium salt food coverage of 53%, indicating that people in Shenzhen low-sodium salt has a certain degree of popularity. Knowledge of low-sodium salt awareness of the situation by education, health, household registration and other factors, the difference was statistically significant. The emergence of mobile phone self-media enriched the knowledge of low-sodium salt to know ways. Conclusion Although low sodium consumption in Hong Kong has a certain degree of popularity in Shenzhen, but coverage is not high, there are still some people do not understand the knowledge of low sodium salt. In order to promote the implementation of the “Salt Reduction Operation,” we should work in a multi-sectoral manner. While using the conventional methods of publicity, we should also adapt to the changes in modern information and increase the publicity of new media such as mobile APPs and WeChat. Knowledge, improve low-sodium salt consumption, thereby effectively reducing the crowd of hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke and other related diseases.
