作者观察了经静脉右房调搏与经食管左房调搏前、中、后血浆心钠素(ANF)浓度的动态变化,结果提示:调搏中血浆ANF水平明显升高(P<0.001),停止调搏16~20h,恢复为调搏前水平;血浆ANF水平随调搏频率的增加而升高;右房平均压与调搏的频率呈正相关(r=0.8824,P<0.001);调搏中血浆ANF的含量与右房平均压亦呈正相关(r=0.8690,P<0.002)。由此表明心房调搏促进ANF的释放,是压力对心房肌的直接作用。
The authors observed the dynamic changes of plasma ANP concentrations before, during and after transesophageal atrial pacing and transesophageal atrial pacing. The results suggest that plasma ANF levels during twitching were significantly increased (P <0.001) (P <0.001). The level of plasma ANF increased with the increase of pacing frequency. The mean right atrial pressure was positively correlated with the frequency of pacing (r = 0.8824, P <0.001) The plasma ANF content during stroke was also positively correlated with mean right atrial pressure (r = 0.8690, P <0.002). This suggests that atrial pacing promotes the release of ANF and is a direct effect of stress on the atrial muscle.
