2014年对我们建筑设计界来说是个重要的阶段。2013年底中央城镇化工作会议精神发表就引起了业界广泛的关注,2014年9月初习主席在内参清样上的批示更引发了热烈的反响,大家都感到这是改革开放以来从未有过的,甚至可能会超过1960年代初刘秀峰部长的文章对全国建设领域的广泛影响。近几个月来我参加了一些学术活动,大家凑到一起都会议论这个话题,但我也发现由于主席批示没有正式传达,不少人只是从各种渠道听到只言片语,容易产生误解,所以我想利用这个机会把我从前辈那儿看到的批示复印件非正式地展示一下。
2014 is an important phase for us in architecture. The publication of the spirit of the Central Urbanization Work Conference at the end of 2013 attracted wide attention in the industry. The commendation made by the Chairman of the Standing Committee in September 2014 on internal reference samples even more aroused enthusiastic response. Everyone feels that this has never happened since the reform and opening up. It may even surpass the extensive influence of the article by Minister Liu Xiufeng on the construction of the whole country in the early 1960s. In recent months I participated in some academic activities, and everyone got together to discuss this topic. However, I also found that because the chairman’s instructions were not officially communicated, many people only heard phrases from various sources and were easily misunderstood. Therefore, I I’d like to take this opportunity to informally show a copy of the copy of the instructions that I have seen from my predecessors.
