目的:观察痛风舒宁片对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的药理作用。方法:采用微晶型尿酸钠(MSU)诱导大鼠痛风性关节炎模型,观察该药对急性痛风性关节炎的肿胀度的作用,测定血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平以及进行大鼠关节病理组织学检查。结果:痛风舒宁片3.0g/kg剂量能减轻大鼠急性痛风性关节炎肿胀度;痛风舒宁片3.0g/kg剂量能减少血清IL-β的分泌;痛风舒宁片0.75g、1.50g、3.00g/kg剂量能改善关节滑膜组织的病理改变。结论:痛风舒宁片对急性痛风性关节炎具有显著的防治作用。
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of Gout Recipe on acute gouty arthritis in rats. Methods: The rat model of gouty arthritis was induced by microcrystalline sodium urate (MSU). The effect of this drug on the degree of swelling of acute gouty arthritis was observed. Serum levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis Factor α (TNF-α) levels as well as rat joint histopathology. Results: Gout Shu Ning Tablets 3.0g / kg dose can reduce acute gouty arthritis swelling degree; gout salbutamus tablets 3.0g / kg dose can reduce the secretion of serum IL-β; gout Shu Ning tablets 0.75g, 1.50g , 3.00g / kg dose can improve the pathological changes of synovial tissue. Conclusion: Gout Shunting tablet has a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis.
