The original Ti-6A1-2Cr-2Mo-25n-2Z alloy was studied as a primary forging material with several knives and two kinds of silicon contents and subjected to triple heat treatment: 1000 ℃ / h, air cooling; (2) 925 ℃ a + phase area) / 1h, air cooling; (3) 540 ℃ aging 8h, air cooling. Several samples were taken from the original forgings and sealed in a vacuum-filled quartz tube for further heat treatment. Some samples were processed at 600 ℃ to 650 ℃ for 6h
