目的研究并分析中西医结合治疗方式对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法选择本院于2012年5月~2013年5月收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按随机方式分为观察组与对照组,观察组使用中西医结合的治疗方式,对照组采用西医治疗方式,针对两组患者治疗疗效进行详细记录与分析。结果经过治疗后,观察组与治疗组治疗有效率分别为93.3%与78.3%,上述数据组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗的过程中,观察组有1例患者有肛门疼痛的情况,考虑与塞入方式有关,其余119例患者均无其他不良反应发生。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者采用中西医结合的治疗方式能够有效提升治愈率,降低患者痛苦,该种治疗方式的可靠性与安全性更加的理想,值得在临床中进行推广与使用。
Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected as the observation group and the control group randomly. The observation group was treated with the combination of TCM and Western medicine, and the control group with Western medicine treatment for the treatment of two groups of patients with detailed records and analysis. Results After treatment, the effective rates of the observation group and the treatment group were 93.3% and 78.3%, respectively. There was significant difference between the above data groups (P <0.05). During the course of treatment, one patient in the observation group had anal pain. Considering the way of embedding, the other 119 patients had no other adverse reactions. Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the cure rate and reduce the suffering of patients. The reliability and safety of this treatment are more ideal and worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
