本文研究了中国各省教育支出的有效性。以CCR模型作为基础,运用单投入单产出和多投入多产出DEA,对各省教育投入的规模效益和效益变化情况进行了研究。主要结论:价格水平对有效性评价有负面影响;最发达省份教育投入的规模效益要低于欠发达省份。
This paper examines the effectiveness of education spending in all provinces in China. Based on the CCR model, the single-input-single-output and multiple-input-multiple-output DEA are used to study the scale benefit and benefit change of each province’s education investment. Main conclusions: The price level has a negative impact on the effectiveness evaluation; the scale of the educational input in the most developed provinces is lower than that of the less developed provinces.
