目的解决失重条件下小流量的水气分离问题。方法从物质表面特性的分析出发 ,研制了符合要求的毛细材料 ,并设计了采用单一分离材料的水 /气分离器。结果该分离器在气体流量不超过 1 0 .0L/min、水流量不超过 1 0 .0ml/min的范围内工作时 ,分离后的水中不含气 ,分离后的气体中不带水。结论研制的静态水 /气分离器结构基本合理 ,性能符合设计要求。
Objective To solve the problem of water vapor separation under low flow conditions. Methods Based on the analysis of the surface properties of materials, the capillary materials that meet the requirements were developed and the water / air separator with single separation material was designed. Results The separator did not contain gas in the separated water when the gas flow rate did not exceed 1.0 0 L / min and the water flow rate did not exceed 1.0 0 ml / min. The separated gas did not contain water. Conclusion The structure of the static water / gas separator developed is basically reasonable and the performance conforms to the design requirements.
