近些年来煤炭企业因自身发展状况不好,其煤炭企业职工的收入相对与电力、金融、建筑行业而言,明显偏低,这种现状严重的挫伤了煤炭企业内广大职工生产的积极性,出现煤炭企业中技术人才外流,高校毕业生不愿意到煤炭企业工作。基于此,笔者结合煤炭企业工职工工资现状入手,对如何切实提高煤炭行业的职工收入进行分析,找出提高职工收入的对策。
