目的研究二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平的影响。方法 2型糖尿病患者150例,给予二甲双胍口服,6个月后检查本组患者血尿酸水平的变化。结果本组患者在入选时的血尿酸水平为(494.57±89.45)μmol/L,服用二甲双胍6个月后的血尿酸水平为(278.13±12.91)μmol/L,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍能有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸水平,改善血脂、血糖,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of metformin on serum uric acid level in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were given oral metformin, 6 months after the change in serum uric acid levels in this group. Results The serum uric acid level at the time of enrollment was (494.57 ± 89.45) μmol / L, and the serum uric acid level after 6 months of metformin treatment was (278.13 ± 12.91) μmol / L, with statistical significance (P0.05 ). Conclusion Metformin can effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid in patients with type 2 diabetes and improve blood lipid and blood glucose, which is worth popularizing and applying.
