在纪念中国共产党诞辰87周年之际,胡锦涛总书记在中央召开的抗震救灾先进基层党组织和优秀共产党员代表座谈会上的重要讲话中,就党的建设的根本任务、核心价值观念、关键环节、基础工程、永恒主题五个方面作了全面阐述,对于深入推进党的建设新的伟大工程具有指导意义。今年是改革开放30周年,把改革开放的伟大成就转化成党执政的坚实基础既是党的建设的经验所在,也是面临的一项重大任务。新时期党的干部队伍建设也必须以改革创新精神加以推进,才能适应形势任务需要,为改革开放提供坚实的组织保障。
