标准化是一项综合性的基础工作,是制订各种技术法规,包括国家卫生安全法规的依据。制订车间有害物质最高容许浓度(MAC)就是标准化工作的一个组成部分。车间空气中有害物质MAC是衡量车间空气污染程度的卫生标准,是进行卫生监督工作的依据。有没有自己制订、颁布的MAC,以及对多少种有害物质规定了接触限值(exposure limit),被认为是反映一个国家预防医学发展水平和劳动卫生工作开展情况的标志之一。
Standardization is a comprehensive basic work that is the basis for the development of various technical regulations, including national health and safety regulations. The establishment of workshop harmful substances maximum allowable concentration (MAC) is an integral part of standardization. MAC in the air is a measure of the level of air pollution in the workshop of the health standards, is the basis for health supervision. Whether MACs are formulated and promulgated or not and how many kinds of hazardous substances are exposed has been considered as one of the hallmarks of a country’s development of preventive medicine and labor hygiene.
