目的探讨不同方式营养支持在大肠肿瘤术中的运用效果。方法 60例大肠肿瘤手术患者作为研究对象随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以肠内营养支持,观察组予以肠外营养支持。对比观察组与对照组治疗前后营养相关临床指标和术后并发症。结果观察组的总体有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用肠外营养支持对大肠肿瘤术中患者能更好的给予营养支持,其应用效果优于肠内营养支持。
Objective To investigate the effect of different modes of nutritional support in colorectal cancer surgery. Methods Sixty patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was enteral nutrition support, observation group was parenteral nutrition support. The observation group and control group before and after treatment of nutritional related clinical indicators and postoperative complications. Results The overall effective rate (96.67%) in observation group was higher than that in control group (83.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The parenteral nutrition support for patients with colorectal cancer surgery can give better nutrition support, its application effect is better than enteral nutrition support.
