随着社会主义市场经济的发展以及完善的经济制度的建立,同时由于中国企业缺乏对经济合同管理的认识,忽略了经济合同的管理和监督,进而在这个竞争激烈的时代显得力不从心,丧失市场资源,企业利益不能达到最大化。据2009年的调查数据表明:有90%以上的企业或多或少发生了合同纠纷。由此可见,由于各方面原因,企业经济合同管理的问题已经成为当代中国企业急需解决的问题,本文将对目前企业经济合同管理中存在的问题进行剖析,并在此基础上提出相应的对策。
