以丙烯酸酯单体、乳化剂、引发剂、阻聚剂、有机抗收缩剂和无机抗收缩剂等为主要原料,制备了低收缩型有机浸渗密封剂。以固化时间、固化后胶棒硬度和收缩率等为试验因素,采用正交试验法优选出制备有机浸渗密封剂的最佳配方,并采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法、Kissnger法和Ozawa法研究了该体系的固化动力学。结果表明:当丙烯酸酯单体为14 g、有机抗收缩剂为2.5 g、乳化剂为0.4 g、引发剂为0.020 g、阻聚剂为0.017 5 g和无机抗收缩剂为0.50 g时,有机浸渗密封剂的固化时间(328 s)、固化胶棒硬度(邵A97)和收缩率(5.97%)相对最佳,并且其储存稳定性和耐老化性能均满足使用要求;该最佳配方体系的聚合反应平均活化能为86.18 kJ/mol。
Low shrinkage organic impregnation sealant was prepared with acrylate monomer, emulsifier, initiator, polymerization inhibitor, organic anti-shrinkage agent and inorganic anti-shrinkage agent as the main raw materials. Taking the curing time, hardness and shrinkage ratio of cured glue stick as the experimental factors, the best formulation of organic impregnating sealant was selected by orthogonal test and the best formula of organic impregnating sealant was obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Kissinger method and Ozawa method to study the system of curing kinetics. The results showed that when the amount of acrylate monomer is 14 g, the organic shrinkage inhibitor is 2.5 g, the emulsifier is 0.4 g, the initiator is 0.020 g, the inhibitor is 0.017 5 g and the inorganic shrinkage inhibitor is 0.50 g, The curing time (328 s), hardness of cured adhesive (Shao A97) and shrinkage (5.97%) are the best, and the storage stability and aging resistance meet the requirements.
