随着我国电力企业发展的日益壮大,在目前的市场环境中,电力企业之间的竞争已经转变成人才的竞争,而要实现企业人才的价值,使企业中的人才能真正为企业的发展服务就需要不断提高企业人力资源管理水平,尤其是在经济全球化环境中,要加强对人力资源的合理配置,做到人尽其用。现代化的企业管理中企业实行以人为本的管理观念是大势所趋。因此,本文笔者主要针对我国电力企业人力资源管理中存在的问题进行简要分析,然后提出新时期加强我国电力企业人力资源管理的对策,以供参考。

Modern enterprise management in the implementation of people-oriented management concept is the trend. Therefore, the author of this paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in human resource management of power enterprises in our country briefly, then proposes the countermeasures of strengthening human resource management of power enterprises in new era for reference.
