人参种子先用乙醚提取,得棕色油状液体,经半微量挥发油测定器分离出挥发油,将此挥发油用气相色谱—质谱—计算机联用仪分离鉴定,得到几种有机酸。样品又用甲醇提取得总皂甙,总皂甙又经多次的硅胶柱层析,得到六种化合物。有四种与标准品一致,它们分别为R_(B1)、R_C、R_E和R_(G2)。第5种化合物的一些测试数据与Kg_3相似,还有一化合物未定。又用比色法测定了人参种子中的总皂甙含量为1.5%。
The ginseng seed is first extracted with ether to obtain a brown oily liquid. The volatile oil is separated by a semi-micro volatile oil measuring device. The volatile oil is separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-computer combined instrument to obtain several organic acids. The sample was again extracted with methanol to obtain total saponins, and the total saponins were subjected to repeated silica gel column chromatography to obtain six compounds. There are four types that are consistent with the standard products: R_(B1), R_C, R_E, and R_(G2). Some of the test data for the fifth compound is similar to Kg_3, and there is still a compound that is undecided. The total saponin content in the ginseng seeds was determined by a colorimetric method to be 1.5%.
