线切割机床加工和一些机械加工中,求作扁圆的圆弧圆心,现在仍普遍采用作图法。目前虽然有多种计算法求作扁圆,但都不够理想。作图法的缺点,一是作图烦琐,二是圆心坐标点误差较大,影响加工精度。本文从椭圆形成原理入手,用数学计算方法,推导出公式,用公式求两对圆弧相切的圆心作扁圆,能省去作图过程,保证两对弧相切,适合一般工件的加工要求,现把基本公式筒述如下。(本文省去推导过程):
Wire cutting machine tool processing and some machining, seeking oblate circular arc center, is still commonly used to charting. Although there are a variety of calculation methods for the current oblate, but not ideal. Drawbacks of the shortcomings, first, mapping cumbersome, and second, the circle center point error is larger, affecting the processing accuracy. Starting from the principle of elliptical formation, this paper deduces the formula by using mathematical calculation method. Using the formula to find the center of the tangent circle of two pairs of circles for oblate, the drawing process can be omitted to ensure the tangency of the two pairs of arcs.
