目的了解大学生膳食质量状况,为开展营养教育提供科学依据。方法对河南商业高等专科学校310名大学生进行回顾法膳食调查,采用修订的膳食平衡指数法(DB I-07)进行分析。结果在310名大学生中,51.14%的人谷物摄入过量,46.5%的大学生蔬菜水果摄入量过低,只有1.14%的大学生奶类及豆类摄入量达到推荐量。修订的膳食平衡指数法DB I-07用来评价大学生膳食状况,方法简便易行,结果可靠。结论对大学生开展针对性的营养教育,增加蔬菜水果、奶类、豆类和动物瘦肉类的摄入,以改善大学生的膳食质量。
Objective To understand the quality of college students’ diet and provide a scientific basis for nutrition education. Methods A retrospective dietary survey of 310 college students in Henan Commercial College was conducted and analyzed with a revised diet balance index (DB I-07). Results Among 310 college students, 51.14% of the population had excessive cereal intake, 46.5% of college students had low intake of fruits and vegetables, and only 1.14% of college students’ milk and beans intake reached the recommended level. The revised diet balance index method DB I-07 is used to evaluate college students diet, the method is simple and reliable, the results are reliable. Conclusion To carry out targeted nutrition education for college students to increase the intake of vegetables and fruits, milk, beans and animal lean meat to improve the quality of college students’ diet.
