本文通过对民族地区出口及收入增长的现状进行对比分析发现,出口对区域收入水平的提升具有显著的促进作用,但这种提升作用对于民族地区与非民族地区而言具有显著的差异性,即出口对于民族地区收入水平的拉动作用低于非民族地区。出口通过产业集聚、产业结构调整等渠道在提升收入水平的同时,一定程度上加剧了民族地区与非民族地区的收入差距。根据研究结论,本文提出促进民族地区出口增长与缩小区域收入差距的政策建议。
Through comparative analysis on the current situation of export and income growth in minority areas, this paper finds that exports have a significant role in promoting the improvement of regional income levels. However, this promotion has significant differences for ethnic and non-ethnic regions, that is, The effect of export on the income level of ethnic areas is lower than that of non-ethnic areas. Export through industrial agglomeration, industrial restructuring and other channels in improving income levels at the same time, to some extent, exacerbated the income gap between ethnic and non-ethnic areas. According to the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward some policy proposals to promote the growth of export in minority areas and narrow the regional income gap.
