我就省委、省政府直属机关如何贯彻《中共中央、国务院关于降低化学纤维品价格和提高棉纺织品价格的通知》的问题,讲三点意见:一、要坚决拥护中央这次对纺织品调价的重要决策。我们要充分认识党中央和国务院对这次纺织品价格的调整是非常严肃、慎重的,对人民是高度负责的。从刚才传达的中央指示和《宣传提纲》中,可以看出中央对降低化纤织品、提高棉织品价格是经过长期的反复研究后决定的,是从国家和人民的全面利益出发的。棉花价格近四年提高了50%,一担皮棉由115元提到172元,纱和布没提价,以致有的地方一斤皮棉1.97元,一斤18支
