教师是教学改革的主体力量,是新课程的执行者、实践者和研究者。任何一项教学改革缺少教师的参与是不能成功的。那么,教师如何转变教育观念,改变教学行为,以适应教学改革的需要呢?我们认为教师应积极改变教学策略,提高课堂效率。在日常的教学过程中,许多教师都认为讲新课前认真准备是很有必要的,课讲完后就不用再费什么精力了。其实,这种认识是不正确的。随着课程改革的不断深入,我们认为,写好“教后感”对调整、完善教学更加必要。教师在授完一节课后,对课堂教学设计和实施进行回顾和反思,总应有些感触,如果能及时记下来,定会对指导自己以后的教学实践,对促进教育教学水平的不断提高大有裨益。下面谈谈我平时是怎样写“教后感”的。
Teachers are the main force of teaching reform and are the executors, practitioners, and researchers of the new curriculum. The lack of teacher participation in any teaching reform cannot be successful. Then, how do teachers change educational concepts and change teaching behaviors to meet the needs of teaching reform? We believe that teachers should actively change teaching strategies and improve classroom efficiency. In the daily teaching process, many teachers think that it is necessary to prepare carefully before the new class. After the class is finished, it will not take any more effort. In fact, this understanding is incorrect. With the continuous deepening of the curriculum reform, we believe that writing a “post-teaching sense” is more necessary to adjust and improve teaching. After a class has been taught, teachers should review and reflect on the design and implementation of classroom instruction. There should always be some feelings. If they can be written down in time, they will surely guide their own teaching practice and promote the continuous improvement of education and teaching. There are benefits. Let’s talk about how I usually write a “post-teaching feeling”.
