随着时代的发展和社会的进步,医院工作工作面临着巨大的挑战。工会要改变传统的工作方式,坚持“以人为本”的工作理念,建立以职工需求为导向的新型工作模式,促进医院文化建设的顺利开展。但是当前医院工会工作还存在一些问题,严重影响了职工的参与热情和医院的整体形象,需要引起高度的重视。本文主要通过分析医院工作工作中存在的问题,进而探讨新形势下医院工会工作应该如何进行转型。
With the development of the times and the progress of society, the work of the hospital is facing a huge challenge. The trade unions should change the traditional working methods and adhere to the working principle of “people-oriented” so as to establish a new work mode oriented by the needs of staff and workers so as to promote the smooth development of the hospital’s cultural construction. However, there are still some problems in the current union work in the hospital, which have seriously affected the employees’ enthusiasm for participation and the overall image of the hospital, which needs to be given high priority. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the work of the hospital and then explores how to reform the work of the hospital union in the new situation.
