The tumor suppressor gene p53 has a broad-spectrum anti-cancer effect. Inactivation of this gene is an important factor in canceration of the cell. The mechanism of p53 gene inactivation is many, and mutations are one of the main reasons for its inactivation [1]. Exon 7 is one of the hotspots of the p53 gene mutation. There is a 249th codon-specific mutation in this exon in the high-contamination area of aflatoxin [2]. This experiment uses PCR-SSCP homology
