本文以商品名为‘Penbritin’的氨苄青霉素胶囊作为参考产品,对9名健康受试者进行二种常用氨苄肯霉素商品(Helm 和X)胶囊生物利用度的比较研究。在口服给药后检测氨苄青霉素经尿排泄的程度和速率。受试者空腹给予250 mg 氨苄青霉素胶囊,全部随机交叉设计,收集给药前和直到14 h 内间隔的尿样,保存于4℃,经处理后用分光光度计于320 nm 处测定药品含量,求得尿药排泄速率。
In this study, ampicillin capsules with the trade name “Penbritin” were used as a reference product to compare the bioavailability of two commonly used ampicillin (Helm and X) capsules in nine healthy subjects. The extent and rate of excretion of ampicillin by urine after oral administration were examined. Subjects were given 250 mg ampicillin fasting capsules on a randomized crossover design.
