本文报道了123例长跑运动和90例不运动老年人的脂蛋白组份、载脂蛋白水平及它们的比值。结果显示:长跑运动老人的TC、TG、LDL-Ch、APOB-100、LDL-Ch/HDL-Ch、APOA-I/HDL显著低于不运动老人,而HDL-Ch及分型、APOA-I、HDL-Ch/TC、HDL-Ch/LDL-Ch、APOA-I/APOB-100、APOB-100/LDL显著高于不运动老人。相关分析表明锻炼时间与APOA-I呈正相关(r=0.8454,P<0.05),与TG、APOB-100、LDL-Ch呈负相关(r=0.8446,r=0.8730,r=0.89,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01)。
This paper reports the lipoprotein components, apolipoprotein levels and their ratios in 123 cases of long-distance exercise and 90 cases of non-exercise elderly. The results showed that the TC, TG, LDL-Ch, APOB-100, LDL-Ch / HDL-Ch and APOA-I / , HDL-Ch / TC, HDL-Ch / LDL-Ch, APOA-I / APOB-100 and APOB-100 / LDL were significantly higher than those of non-elderly people. Correlation analysis showed that exercise time was positively correlated with APOA-I (r = 0.8454, P <0.05), negatively correlated with TG, APOB-100 and LDL-Ch (r = 0.8446, r = 0.8730, r = 0.89, , P <0.05, P <0.01).
