两台2000年从德国购进的ABG423型摊铺机,经过几年使用后发现,夏季在摊铺沥青面层时,常出现液压油温度过高的现象,因而降低了机器的使用效率,影响了工程进度。 摊铺机液压系统油温一般应控制在30~55℃之间,油温过高,会使油液粘度降低,泄漏量增加,各润滑部位的油膜被破坏,加剧了零部件的磨损;油温过高还会引起材料热膨胀,使不同材料运动副之间的间隙发生变化,造成动作不灵或“卡死”现象。同时,高温还能使橡胶、尼龙等密封件和软管早期老化而失效。因此,控制温升对液压系统的正常工作非常重要。
