备受关注的《劳动争议调解仲裁法》经十届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议表决,已于2007年12月29日通过,2008年5月1日起开始实施。这是继《劳动合同法》、《就业促进法》之后出台的又一部规范劳动关系的重要法律。该法对当前存在的维权时效短、周期长、成本高和一些用人单位利用一些劳动争议处理程序恶意拖延等热点难点问题进行了有针对性的规定,并首次将劳动争议的调解、仲裁解决方式的程序明确上升到法律层面。
