2015年3月,我作为医院方信息中心人员参与了杭州市市红十字会医院移动护理信息系统项目的建设,该项目总投资132万元人民币,建设工期将近一年。该项目的建设以医院现有的HIS系统为基础,以移动电子设备为主要硬件,同时结合无线局域网络铺设技术,建成并实现了医院信息系统在病房的扩张和延伸到床边工作终端的系统。系统借助移动推车、PDA设备以及患者专用腕带,采集护理工作信息,实现了护理模式的革命。通过该系统的上线运行,优化了原有的医护流程,提高了医疗质量以及医护人员的工作效率,同时也提升了病人的满意度,构建和谐的医患关系。该项目于2016年3月,系统通过了最终验收,赢得了用户的好评。本文结合我作为该项目医院方负责人的实际经验,以该项目为例,讨论了软件集成项目中的质量管理活动及其应用,包括项目实施过程中应用到的质量控制,质量保证的活动,以及质量改进措施,各项质量工作的工具和技术。
In March 2015, as a member of Hospital Information Center, I participated in the construction of mobile nursing information system project of Hangzhou City Red Cross Hospital. The total investment of this project is 1.32 million yuan, and the construction period will be nearly one year. The project is based on the existing hospital HIS system and mobile electronic devices as the main hardware. At the same time, with the wireless LAN deployment technology, the system of hospital information system in the ward expansion and extension to the bedside working terminal has been completed and realized . With mobile carts, PDA devices and patient-specific wristbands, the system gathers information on nursing work and revolutionizes the care model. Through the on-line operation of the system, the original medical care process is optimized, the quality of medical care and the work efficiency of medical staff are improved, the patient satisfaction is enhanced, and the harmonious doctor-patient relationship is built. The project in March 2016, the system passed the final acceptance, won the praise of users. Based on the practical experience of the person in charge of the hospital as the project, this paper takes the project as an example to discuss the quality management activities and their applications in software integration projects, including the quality control and quality assurance activities applied in the project implementation, As well as quality improvement measures, tools and techniques for quality work.
