《中共中央国务院关于推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》于2006年2月21日正式颁布,文件共8个部分、32条。根据党的十六届五中全会精神,今年中央一号文件的主题是扎实推进社会主义新农村建设。文件对“十一五”时期和2006年新农村建设提出了总的要求, 明确需要把握的原则,并对新农村建设的各项任务作了具体安排。为更加深入学习宣传和贯彻落实一号文件精神,本刊摘编经济日报、新华网等媒体的相关文章和主要观点,以飨读者。
Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and State Council on Promoting the Building of a New Socialist Countryside were promulgated on February 21, 2006 with 8 parts and 32 articles. According to the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the theme of this year’s document of the Central Government is to steadfastly promote the building of a new socialist countryside. The document put forward the general requirements for the “new countryside construction” in the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period and in 2006, clarified the principles to be grasped, and made specific arrangements for various tasks in building a new socialist countryside.
