战场数字化是一项宏伟的军事系统工程,是“建设21世纪美国陆军的核心”。陆军这样一种“革命性”的变革,必然给军事经济和后勤保障各部门带来巨大的冲击和影响。文章认为,未来高技术战争将是信息化战争;信息化战争要求战场数字化。战场数字化对后勤保障将产生深刻的影响,主要包括作战方式与编成将发生重大变化,组织计划和指挥将更加灵活有效,反应速度与保障效能将空前提高,后勤保障和战场救护将更加高效。为此,我们必须积极寻求和努力发展信息化战争后勤保障的新模式,以适应信息化战争的要求。
Battlefield digitalization is a magnificent military system project, “building the core of the U.S. Army in the 21st century.” Such a “revolutionary” change by the army will inevitably bring tremendous impact and impact on all sectors of the military economy and logistics support. The article believes that the future high-tech war will be the information war; the information war requires digitization of the battlefield. Battlefield digitalization will have a profound impact on logistics support, including major changes in combat methods and compilation, more flexible and effective organizational planning and command, faster response and safeguarding effectiveness, and more efficient logistical support and battlefield rescue. To this end, we must actively seek and make efforts to develop a new model of logistical support for information war to meet the requirements of the information war.
