In the past, the causes of death in diabetic patients are diabetic coma and infections. But as the treatment of diabetes progresses, those who die from cardiovascular complications are on the rise. Investigating the causes of diabetes in the United States between 1969 and 1979, the number of deaths from heart disease was found to have risen to 54.5%. According to statistics from the Osaka Adult Disease Center (1960-1984), 19.5% of Japanese patients with diabetes died of heart disease. This shows that diabetic patients have an increased tendency to die of heart disease. Therefore, patients with diabetes have ischemic Prevention and early diagnosis of heart disease IHD has become an important issue. Patients with diabetes due to autonomic disorders, resulting in cognitive pain disorders, so that coronary atherosclerosis may be carried out potentially. If these patients develop asymptomatic myocardial infarction and delay early treatment, the prognosis is poor. For this reason, it is necessary to further study the ischemic changes of coronary artery before myocardial infarction in diabetic patients.
